Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the festival’s website.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the festival’s/venue’s availability.

Our Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

All Ohana Festival Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages will go on sale on Tuesday, April 29 at 10am PT as part of the Ten Club Presale. A password will be required during the presale.

After you click on your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets, to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website for travel packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for two guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a Travel Package before June 20, 2025, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan // the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the package cost. See more details about the payment plan option below.

Please note that prices do not include shipping. Any applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout.

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

Is there an age restriction for the Ohana Festival Travel Packages?

Yes, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the Travel Package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Is there a payment plan for Ohana Festival Travel Packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for Travel Packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, June 20, 2025. If you purchase after June 20, 2025, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!

Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

Yes! To do this, please log in to your FrontGate account, located on your event’s purchase page. Once you are logged in to your account, go to your “Order History” page and select your order. You will be given the option to pay off your order in full. If payment is approved, this would complete your payment plan and no more payments would be due. If you are having trouble locating this option, please Contact FrontGate with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase and they can assist.

Do the Travel packages come with tickets to Ohana Festival?

Yes! All Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to Ohana Festival for Friday, September 26th – Sunday, September 28th.

What is the difference between the ticket types included in the Travel Package?

Depending on the package you purchase, either two GA or VIP tickets will be included.

The 3-Day GA Ticket allows you general admittance to all three days of the festival and includes:

  • 35+ performances across three stages over three days at Doheny State Beach
  • Food choices from regional and local vendors including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options
  • Bars, concessions, official band merch, festival merch, specialty items from vendors & more
  • Free water stations
  • Secure lockers with charging capabilities for rent (available first come, first serve)
  • Sponsor areas with giveaways
  • Children 5 and under get in free with a ticketed adult

The 3-Day VIP Ticket allows you VIP admittance to all three days of the festival and includes the following:

  • Dedicated VIP festival entrance
  • (1) Round-trip shuttle pass to/from the festival with VIP Express Lane at shuttle pick-up and drop-off (shuttle info coming soon)
  • Commemorative Ohana Fest beach bag containing a limited-edition beach towel & a variety of other festival essentials
  • Access to the VIP Lounge, which includes:  
    • VIP viewing of Main Stage & access to VIP viewing bleachers
    • Comfortable, shaded cabanas, hammocks, and lounge seating to relax beachside
    • Exclusive VIP Beach Bar with beachside seating & video screens with live streaming from both stages
    • Drink credit for (1) alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverage (valid only in VIP lounge)
    • Complimentary gourmet bites by a local renowned chef during designated hours
    • Private bars pouring a variety of beers, wines, and cocktails
    • In-lounge wait staff for beverage service in designated areas
    • Air-conditioned premium restrooms
  • Secure lockers with charging capabilities for rent (available first come, first serve)
  • Dedicated in-lounge merchandise stand for convenient shopping
  • Photo booth to capture all your unforgettable VIP moments
  • Additional culinary offerings available for purchase
  • Children 5 and under get in free with a ticketed adult

How and where will I receive my tickets included in the Ohana Festival Travel Packages?

All tickets included in your Travel Package will be shipped to the guest who purchased the Travel Package. Wristband fulfillment will begin in the weeks leading up to the festival. Your festival pass is an RFID-enabled wristband that must be worn for all three days of the festival. Your festival wristband, along with your shuttle wristband will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout. 

Please note, the final date to request changes to your shipping address is July 2025.

  • International Rates: $45.50
  • UPS 2 Day Rates: $16.50
  • USPS Rates: $10.50
  • An order will not ship unless it has been paid in full
  • Orders placed separately will be shipped separately
  • Wristband shipping will begin in August 2025 and may take a few weeks to complete
  • Wristbands will ship via USPS or UPS
  • Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances – no exceptions
  • Orders that are unable to be delivered or shipped due to any circumstances will be required to be picked up at Travel Package Check-in at the hotel by the original purchaser
  • A Tracking Number will be emailed to the lead purchaser once it has shipped. Please be sure to check your spam folder. Ohana Festival, 100x, and FrontGate are not responsible for failed, blocked, misdelivered or bounced email delivery.
  • Please note: Shipping addresses cannot be updated if the Order’s shipping label has been printed. If this occurs, you will not be able to edit your shipping address, and a message will appear explaining your order is in the process of shipping.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, listed below. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the available hotels?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website. Please note that 100x is not responsible for any parking fees, which are subject to change, and determined by each hotel.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. 

Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club:

  • 3.6 miles // 10 min drive

Hilton Garden Inn Dana Point Doheny Beach:

  • 0.5 miles // 6 min drive

Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa:

  • 1.0 miles // 6 min drive

Residence Inn by Marriott Dana Point San Juan Capistrano:

  • 1.8 miles // 8 min drive

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges. 

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

We kindly request that you wait to reach out to your respective hotel with any specific requests until approximately 1-2 weeks before your check-in date. Please be assured that from our end, everything related to your reservation is confirmed. We typically share our updated rooming lists, including all guest information, with our hotel partners no earlier than one month prior to check-in day.

Travel Package Requests

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.

We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate – requests are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.

All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, August 22, 2025.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email by Friday, August 22, 2025. Please note, if a transfer request is submitted after festival wristbands have been shipped (starting in August 2025), the lead guest will be responsible for ensuring the new guest is equipped with their festival wristbands (see FAQ “How and where will I receive my tickets included in the Ohana Festival travel package?” for more information).

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to 100x  using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to have the package holder information updated. Please reach out to us HERE with all of the information below prior to Friday, August 22, 2025 with the request – requests are not guaranteed.

Requests can still be submitted up until the Travel Package Request deadline of Friday, August 22, 2025, but the original guest will be responsible for transferring the physical wristbands if they have already shipped.

Once you have notified us before Friday, August 22, 2025, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room and pick up their package merchandise at the hotel associated with their Travel Package! 

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation, merchandise and festival tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x HERE.

All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, August 22, 2025.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, please log in to your FrontGate account, located on your event’s purchase page. Please log in to your FrontGate Account, select “Billing Information”. Once there, select “Update Payment” and input new payment information.  If you are having trouble, please Contact FrontGate with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase and they can assist.
